Your carriers, correctly represented
Babywearing lending libraries use Carrier Stash to manage their collections. We are building a shared reference catalog so a library's users can identify a carrier by the right photo, next to the right brand and model name. It works best with your official product images, and this page explains exactly how we would use them.
What we ask
Permission to show your official product images in a read-only reference catalog inside the app, and on the optional public look books that libraries can publish. Nothing more than that.
- Images appear beside your brand and model name only, never rewritten or relabeled.
- We resize images to fit the layout. We never crop, filter or otherwise edit them.
- The catalog is read-only. Libraries reference it to catalog their own carriers, and cannot change your images in the catalog.

Credit on every image
Every image carries a visible source line, “Image: your brand,” everywhere it appears.
Bound to your product
Each image stays tied to the exact product it shows. We never use it as a placeholder, as category art or beside another brand's carrier.
Optional link-back
Your image can link to your official site from the catalog and from library look books, so a curious caregiver lands on your page.
Fast takedown
Change your mind and one email takes your images down. We are also glad to sign your asset-use terms.
Inclusion of a brand's images in the Carrier Stash catalog does not imply that the brand endorses or is affiliated with Carrier Stash.

Affiliate program friendly
Brands that run an affiliate program can have a library display its promo code beside your products in that library's public look book. It is opt-in per library, and no payments run through Carrier Stash.
Common questions
- Can products be filtered and matched in a standard way?
- Yes. Carrier Stash uses a normalized brand, model and variant taxonomy with a fixed list of carrier types. Weave and fabric categorization is in progress, and we welcome input from the people who make the carriers.
- What about discontinued or legacy products?
- They are first-class. A product can be archived once it leaves production, and libraries can add their own photos of items you no longer picture, so the record stays useful.
- Who can see the catalog?
- The reference catalog lives inside the app, for libraries and their users. Look books are separate public pages, and each library chooses whether to publish one.
