Common questions
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Start on the free plan and move up when your library grows, or move back down if your needs change.
- Do you charge per member?
- No. Every plan is a flat monthly or yearly price. Add as many users and caregivers as your library needs without the cost going up.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Your records belong to your organization. You can export your inventory and loan history to CSV at any time, and we delete your data on request when you go.
- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. Nonprofits can pay for a year up front by invoice or purchase order instead of putting a card on file. Write to us and we will send one.
